研究了烧结温度和烧结时间对含砷冶炼废渣烧结过程中砷的迁移特性的影响。烧结条件为在10 MPa下加压成型,进空气流量为2 000 mL/min,烧结温度1 000~1 350℃,烧结时间5~120 min。结果表明,烧结过程中存在砷的挥发,但烧结前后砷的总量变化不大,砷的固化率均保持在90%以上。毒性浸出实验表明,不同的烧结条件对烧结体中砷的毒性浸出有重要的影响,从烧结体的环境安全性考虑,最佳的烧结温度和时间分别为1 200℃和45 min。  相似文献

Aqueous ammonia (NH3) solution can be used as an alternative absorption for the control of CO2 emitted from flue gases due to its high absorption capacity, fast absorption rate and low corrosion problem. The emission of CO2 from iron and steel plants requires much attention, as they are higher than those emitted from power plants at a single point source. In the present work, low concentration ammonia liquor, 9 wt.%, was used with various additives to obtain the kinetic properties using the blast furnace gas model. Although a solution with a high ammonia concentration enables high CO2 absorption efficiency, ammonium ions are lost as ammonia vapor, resulting in reduced CO2 absorption due to the lower concentration of the ammonia absorbent. To decrease the vaporization of ammonia, ethylene glycol, glycerol and glycine, which contain more than one hydroxyl radical, were chosen. The experiments were conducted at 313 K similar to the CO2 absorption conditions for the blast furnace gas model.  相似文献

An electrolytic hydride generation system for the determination of tin(II) by means of batch electrochemical hydride generation-electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry (EcHG-ETAAS) with in situ trapping in a graphite tube atomizer is described. The effects of four permanent chemical modifiers – palladium, tungsten, iridium, and platinum – for graphite tube treatment on analyte absorbance and the effects of four cathode materials, i.e., Pb, Sn, Pb–Sn alloy, and glassy carbon, are checked. Three electrolytes, i.e., nitric acid, sulfuric acid, and hydrochloric acid, are examined as catholyte solutions. The influence of several parameters on EcHG is investigated using multivariate and univariate methods. Interferences of some concomitant ions are evaluated. The calibration curve is linear from 1 to 200?µg?L?1, with a detection limit of 0.8?µg?L?1 and a relative standard deviation of 6.2% (n?=?3) for 100?µg?L?1 Sn(II). The proposed method was successfully applied in the analysis of real environmental water samples and reference materials, and good spiked recoveries over the range of 93.1–115% were obtained. The proposed technique provides a means for developing hydride generation of other elements.  相似文献

采用固体进样原子吸收法直接测定土壤中的镉,可以避免传统酸消解预处理过程耗时长、试剂消耗大、操作步骤繁琐等缺点,提升镉的检测效率。通过优化测镉仪的仪器参数,确定了固体进样-电热蒸发-原子吸收法的优化仪器条件。采用优化条件测定了不同浓度的土壤样品,研究了该方法的检出限、正确度、精密度。研究结果表明:镉质量范围为0~200 ng时与峰面积的线性相关系数优于0.999 5,空气流下优化的灰化温度和热解温度均为800 ℃,优化的热解气体氢气流量为300 mL/min,当样品进样量为0.1 g时,检出限为0.009 mg/kg,7次连续测定相对标准偏差为1.4%~5.0%,加标回收率为96.2%~102.1%,分析时间小于4 min。该方法操作简便,用时短,无需高压气源,可以用于土壤中镉的高效检测。  相似文献

用气体饱和法测定了甲氧双丙嗪和呋喃丹在不同温度时的饱和蒸气密度和饱和蒸气压,依据Clausius-Clapeyron方程式,求出两化合物在常温下的气化热分别为28.65和29.75kcal/mol。对测定程序及饱和蒸气压和气化热的计算进行了讨论。  相似文献

本文提出了以聚三氟氯乙烯(PTFCE)为卤化剂,悬浮体制样/电热蒸发等离于体原子发射光谱(ETV-ICP-AES)直接测定水系沉积物(固体粉末)中微量铋的新方法。加入5%PTFCE,利用由化反应,改善Bi的蒸发。方法的检出限为24ng·ml ̄(-1),相对标准偏差3.2%,该法用于直接测定固体粉末水系沉积物中的Bi.结果与参考值吻合,回收率99.7-106.8%。  相似文献

This paper describes a mathematical model which calculates the time dependencies of the flow rate and composition of the vapour emerging from a pool. A large variety of accidental cases can be covered: continuous or instantaneous spills, on confined or unconfined ground, ideal or non-ideal liquid mixtures in boiling or evaporating conditions. The boiling, when present, is modelled through an equation system comprising the Rachford-Rice relation and the energy balance of the pool, which is assumed to be well-mixed. In the case of a volatile pool, interfacial mass rates are determined taking into account the Stefan flux, and the thermal resistance inside the liquid phase is also considered. In all situations, the energy balance includes the contribution of ground, sun and air. Known experimental data have been used to validate the model.  相似文献

研究了添加剂(粘土和粉煤灰)、水洗预处理对焚烧飞灰烧结过程重金属(Cd、Cu、Zn、Pb、Cr、Ni)迁移特性的影响.水洗时间为8、 16、 24 h.烧结实验条件为成型压力3 kN,烧结温度1 100℃,烧结时间4 h.结果表明,在飞灰中粘土添加比例增加到70%时,重金属Cd的固化率从16.96%升高到28.42%,Pb的固化率从10.58%升高到37.02%, Cu的固化率从46.38%上升到55.14%,Zn的固化率从42.14%上升到64.47%,Ni和Cr的固化率总体上呈现下降的趋势.总体上添加粘土对焚烧飞灰烧结过程中重金属的固定效果有限.当粉煤灰在烧结前样品中的比例增加时,Cd的固化率从16.96%下降到4.67%,Cu的固化率从46.86%上升到81.43%.粉煤灰的加入对于Zn和Pb的影响不大,对于Ni和Cr的影响规律也不明显.水洗预处理可以把Cd、Cu和Pb的固化率提高到80%以上.焚烧飞灰烧结体TCLP浸出测试表明,添加粘土和粉煤灰以及水洗预处理后,焚烧飞灰烧结试体的重金属浸出浓度普遍较低.  相似文献

以制革污泥为研究对象进行焚烧处理,并对其燃烧特性进行分析.结果发现,制革污泥燃烧过程中并未出现明显的固定碳燃烧区.同时,将制革污泥与煤粉混合后焚烧,结果显示,制革污泥的比例及挥发分的析出对混合燃料的着火燃烧有显著影响,在低温段(180-450℃),制革污泥比例的增大可提高混合试样的活化性能,且燃烧程度加剧.通过添加Ca...  相似文献
